Interventional Urology - The Interventional Urology business unit
of Teleflex is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally
invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs

Position Summary
** This role has the option to be remote! **
The Commercial Projects and Program Manager is responsible for the
leadership and directing of complex programs which often require
considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
As a key member of the Commercial Enablement leadership team, this
position ensures the business strategy, vision, and values are
effectively incorporated into the Program Team to meet or exceed
the strategies identified by the business. The position requires
comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, exceptional
communication skills, a proven track record of cross-functional
collaboration, and excellent interpersonal skills. Successful
candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in
ruthless prioritization, and deliver effective change management.
This leader is nimble and manages programs that have a variety of
components to achieve long-term strategic initiatives that evolve
over time.
Principal Responsibilities
Creates and maintains appropriate program documentation (e.g.
charter, roadmap, benefits map, etc.) to meet business goals and
program objectives.
Manages all aspects of organizational program(s) ensuring program
projects are successfully managed through the entire life-cycle
managing the balance of the triple constraints (time, resources,
budget)
May be responsible for managing project managers and project
personnel, as well as lead indirect resources. Inclusive of
creating and maintaining appropriate program documentation (e.g.
charter, roadmap, benefits etc.) to meet business goals and program
objectives.
Will serve as a liaison and build bridges among project teams
within the program.
Translates objectives across the business into program objectives
and practices.
Acts as an escalation point; drives collaboration with program and
project team members to resolve conflicts, project issues, and
deviations and drives them to resolution.
Responsible for resource planning including workload allocation and
capacity planning to help determine project sequencing in the
program.
Will work with constituents to organize and coordinate the use of
processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the
program.
Manage change. Assess trade-offs for changes to project scope,
schedule, and costs that impact the program and related
projects.
Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading,
and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project
efficiency, and boost team morale.
Education / Experience Requirements
--- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent
practical experience
--- Minimum of 8 years' experience in inside sales, B2B sales,
medical device sales, market development, sales enablement, or
customer experience roles strongly preferred
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
--- A proven track record in program and project management;
Demonstrated experience of having a positive impact on business
outcomes
--- Hands-on experience interacting with sales and marketing teams,
customers, and cross-functional leaders
--- Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across
different business functions, different perspectives, and different
styles of leadership
--- Effectively work across organizational boundaries to
collaborate with appropriate business partners in achieving mutual
goals
--- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, and
solution-oriented
--- Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management
skills
--- Strong proficiency in MS applications (Word, Project, Excel,
PowerPoint), SAP experience a plus
--- Technologically savvy with a mastery of CRM systems. Experience
with Salesforce is strongly preferred
--- Proven track record of addressing barriers, bottlenecks, and
concerns with the ability to evaluate and set priorities
--- Knowledge of selling medical products or services to physicians
and other healthcare providers and distributors
--- Life sciences and/or medical device industry experience
strongly preferred
--- Project Management certifications preferred
--- Ability to travel up to 30%, with overnight stays, may be
required
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is
expected to be between $120,000- $125,000 however, base pay offered
may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including
market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The
total compensation package for this position will also include
benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision
insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k)
savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO,
short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on
the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit
plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of
employment.
