Job Description:
We are a growing company looking for an individual with some
experience in different areas of HR and administrative support that
would be organized, able to pivot quickly, think, and own their
area but be willing to do whatever it takes to assist in all
administrative and financial areas. Looking for someone interested
in learning and developing the department as we grow and looking
forward to a long-term partnership in the company Someone with
accounting/bookkeeping experience is a must Most importantly, has
the heart to serve in a company that helps people in life and

very special person. One that cares deeply about people, and at the
same time is extremely competent in their skill set. One that will
stop at nothing to reach more people and hit goals. Some of the
specific skills we---re looking for: HR Support: Assists with
recruitment: creating job descriptions, placing ads, fielding
applicants, application verifications, background checks, etc.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested. Assists with
processing of onboarding new hires: process required documentation,
communication of company policies, benefits, etc. Files and
maintains employee and organizational records. Answers employee
requests and questions. Support performance review process. Manage
payroll and PTO processes. Administer employee compensation and
benefit plans. Maintain employee handbook and HR policies. Manage a
compliant department. Support management in all HR-related matters.
Works with a team for company culture and success. Support / Other
: Organize and track compliance needs as needed Provide
administrative support and projects as needed to help create and
maintain an organized workplace Can work within a fast-paced,
fast-growing, team culture Bookkeeping experience and accounts
payable experience a MUST This is a position that will change,
evolve, and develop along the way. The needs will shift as the
company keeps growing.
