Onsite/Remote:Partial Remote Position
This position is eligible for a partial telework schedule
arrangement at the present time. - The arrangement may be delayed
for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject
to change.Your Responsibilities -As a Contract Sales Coordinator I
(Sales Auditor) for -John Deere located in Cary, NC, you will
-audit customer purchase orders for compliance with Governmental
Contracts. In addition, you will: -
- Process sales through John Deere's systems to enable accurate
and timely dealer settlements and credits, along with invoicing to
end use customers.
- Builds customer relationships through professional
communication via phone and email.
- Build ability to support other CBD & Government Sales business
segments if needs arise. -VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for
this position. - -What Skills You Need -
- 1-3 years of experience working in customer service or related
customer-oriented environment. -
- 1-3 years of experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools.
- Sales experience, preferably within a John Deere unit or
division.
- 1-3 years of experience in a -broad background of -business
from a marketing and manufacturing/engineering perspective. -What

- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as
Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
- Knowledge of products, customers, markets -and
competitors.
- Knowledge of dealers and other channels.
- Knowledge of Deere systems (SAP, JDQ2, Comar, L043).
- Experience working with and understanding the functions of
other departments such as Accounting, Order Fulfillment, and John
Deere.Education -Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent
related work experience in the following: - -
