Job Description:
Accentuate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented and
experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join the accounting and
finance team of one of our growing clients. This key role will
report directly to the Finance & HR Manager and will be responsible
for a broad range of accounting functions, including maintaining
the general ledger, reconciling accounts, preparing financial
reports, and supporting tax and audit activities. The ideal
candidate will bring strong experience with SAGE Intacct and
QuickBooks Desktop, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and play
a crucial role in supporting both internal operations and client
needs Responsibilities: Recording Financial Transactions –
Accurately documenting all income, expenses, and other financial
activities in the accounting system Maintaining the General Ledger
– Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger by reconciling accounts
and correcting any discrepancies Generate various financial
reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, for internal
and external stakeholders Reconciling bank statements Compare bank
statements with company records to identify and resolve any
discrepancies Assist with tax preparation and audits Collaborate
with accountants to prepare and file tax returns accurately.
Process emergency response assignments during periods of high
volume, multiple personnel will be involved in this activity.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge
Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred) High proficiency with
SAGE Intacct and QuickBooks Desktop Proven ability to maintain and
reconcile general ledger accounts Experience preparing financial
reports, including income statements and balance sheets Familiarity
with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Experience
assisting with tax preparation and audits Highly organized,
detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
