passion for animals and a natural talent for customer service? We
are seeking a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Veterinary
Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this
role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—creating
a smooth, friendly, and professional experience from the moment
they walk through our doors or pick up the phone. Some of the
responsibilities you will own in this role: Provide friendly,
quality customer care to patients and clients Process invoices
payments Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all
necessary medical history Determine the status of the patient’s
immunizations and tests Communicate with the doctor and technical
staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments Fill
prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as
instructed by a veterinarian Accurately input data into computer

Preferred Qualifications High school diploma Weekend availability
