We are searching for a Client Engagement Trainee who will connect with our customers and be proficient at explaining wireless services during engagements. The Client Engagement Trainee will become an expert in AT&T wireless solutions and the connectivity our products have recently been launched with. As a Client Engagement Trainee, you will learn the art of customer connection. Our experienced team members will guide you through the world of sales, client engagement, marketing, and helping you master conversations to excel in this role. Client Engagement Trainee Role Responsibilities: Learn the full services available to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential and existing customers. Engage directly with customers to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport. Assist team members with new customer bases, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to drive sales and meet company targets. Establish trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Handle customer concerns professionally, providing efficient solutions or escalating to appropriate departments when needed. Monitor personal performance metrics and participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
