As a PSE Sales & Svcs/Distribution Associate, you will serve as a vital member of the postal service team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with mail distribution, and ensuring efficient retail operations within a governmental postal facility. Deliver superior customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to postal services. Assist customers with mail and package services, including purchasing postal products, weighing packages, and handling postage. Organize and distribute mail and packages in a timely and accurate manner. Operate postal equipment such as stamp vending machines, cash registers, and mailing scales. Adhere to governmental regulations and security procedures to safeguard mail and customer information. Perform inventory and stocking of postal supplies and products. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the retail area. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate standard postal equipment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
