Teacher Responsibilities A passion for working with your specific age group is a must. Must be available to work Monday through Friday Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children Supports communication with parents at the end of the day regarding their child Teacher Qualifications Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality. Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119). Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility a plus Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels Greater salary opportunity with degree or college credits in educational field Varying shifts available, both full- time and part-time Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
