(ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1
year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

considered. A position is available for a skilled Sign Language
Interpreter to support communication needs within educational
settings. This role is based in Wilson, WY, and offers
opportunities to travel between schools to provide essential
interpreting services. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate effective
communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and their
teachers, peers, and staff. Interpret spoken language into American
Sign Language (ASL) and vice versa during classroom instruction,
meetings, and school events. Collaborate with educators and support
staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and access to
educational materials. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to
ethical standards of interpreting. Qualifications and Experience:
Proficiency in American Sign Language with demonstrated
interpreting experience in school environments. Understanding of
educational terminology and classroom dynamics. Ability to travel
as required to multiple school locations. Strong interpersonal
skills and cultural sensitivity. Certification as a Sign Language
Interpreter or equivalent credentials preferred. Location: Wilson,
Wyoming, with travel commitments to surrounding school sites.
