Job Title: Diesel Technician Senior MechanicWe are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician Senior Mechanic to join our team at Ryder System. As a Senior Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on diesel engines and other equipment.Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and other equipment
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems
• Perform facility maintenance duties and interact with customers/drivers to determine the nature of complaints
• Instruct and advise other technicians on maintenance and repair procedures
• Coach and mentor other technicians to improve their skills and knowledgeRequirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Vocational or technical certification or post-secondary degree preferred
  • Basic tools required
  • Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
  • Four years or more relevant work experience preferred
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A preferredBenefits:
