Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Electrician Job Description The Industrial Electrician will perform skilled electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work related to specialized electrical equipment and systems. The role requires adherence to established trade methods and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures. Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems. Troubleshoot motor and control systems. Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems. Adhere to all quality and safety codes. Essential Skills Licensed Industrial Electrician with a Texas Electrician or Texas Master Electrician License. 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial, cosmetics, or food manufacturing environment. Experience in industrial electrical construction, including conduit bending. Ability to determine material needs and provide quotes. Knowledge of electrical codes and ability to assess and design circuitry. Experience with installation of local disconnects up to 480vac 3-phase. Additional Skills & Qualifications Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, drives, and relays. Familiarity with industrial equipment and production settings. Preferred experience in installation and setup of VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Ability to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings. Capability to install and troubleshoot basic 3-phase motors and control circuits. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Garland, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $85000.00/yr. good benefits, good overtime, helping with new site that is opening up, holiday vacation Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Garland,TX.
