Status: Not Required We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical
Writer to develop and maintain the documentation of manufacturing
processes, procedures, work instructions, guidance documents, and
operator preventive maintenance documentation. The successful
candidate will be an effective communicator who collaborates cross
functionally with assembly operators, shop floor leads, production
supervisors, industrial engineers, manufacturing engineers, design
engineers and quality assurance teams. If you thrive in a

Do: Develop and maintain technical process documentation in a
manner that provides production personnel with the ability to build
high quality products efficiently and effectively including but not
limited to procedures, work instructions, guidance documents and
operator preventive maintenance documentation. Support adherence to
site Change Control Board process. Collaborate with subject matter
experts to validate technical accuracy and completeness.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to standardize
documentation practices. Maintain consistency in format,
terminology, and document structure. Provides technical support to
engineers on a variety of tasks. Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high
school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Qualifications We Prefer:
Aerospace or defense industry manufacturing experience Experience
with digital photo editing. Experience with Lean Six Sigma
principles. Experience with manufacturing drawings, technical
specifications, SAP, Solumina, and basic production flow. ROLE

salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an

location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may
