Job description Office Manager 3-C Family Services' Office Manager plays a key support role for a practice that is devoted to improving the lives of children and families. This position requires a high level of motivation and organization with excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills and a cheerful disposition.The Office Manager will work in a very fast paced and team-oriented environment and have excellent multi-tasking skills. The Office Manager will report directly to 3-C's Clinical Director and will also support daily activities across all 3-C Family Services' cliniciansEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE-- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field-- Medical Office experience preferredJob Responsibilities: -- Oversee daily operations of the front desk-- Manage employee benefits-- Monthly Payroll Processing-- Develop, maintain and improve practice operating activities-- Accounts Management-- Order and maintain office suppliesJob Requirements: -- Full-Time hours (Monday thru Thursday 8am - 7pm)-- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, customer service, organizational skills, pleasant disposition and well developed computer skills-- Ability to work with clients, multiple clinicians and other admin team members in a positive, customer-oriented fashion-- Experience working with medical practice office management software is a plus!---- Benefits Include:
