This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency. Your Responsibilities As a Go to Market Manager - B2B Professional Landscape Contractor for Region 4 Ag & Turf Division B2C Marketing located in Cary, NC, you will---. * Lead the overall relationship, profitability and business development for PLC and Commercial Mowing business and supports implementation and monitoring of the annual and on-going, customer segment-based, tactical plans to ensure achievement of segment and product line objectives. * Maintain alignment with the Sales Region, Product Family and the Business Unit team to achieve region, segment and product line objectives. * Develop, execute, and monitor the annual and agile, customer segment-based tactical marketing plan. Drives targeted approach and ensures programs are driving profitability market share growth within incentive budget. * Analyzes appropriate performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives/ tactics and determines and executes an appropriate response. What Skills You Need * 1+ years Field experience with regular in-person customer or dealer contact, knowledge of dealer/distribution network, and broad product knowledge. * 1+ years of experience developing sales or marketing plans * Project management expertise * Solid understanding of market segmentation and retail distribution systems * Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. What Makes You Stand Out * Field experience as a Territory Business Manager, Product & Systems Specialist, Territory Customer Support Manager, Territory Finance Manager, or equivalent. * Knowledge of Professional Landscape Contractors and Commercial Mowing customers, markets and competitors. * Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP) and/or Customer Acquisitions Process (CAP). * Skilled in business plan development * Experience working with PLC associations and sponsorships Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: * Degree in a Business/Management, Marketing, Engineering/Technology or Agricultural Related Sciences discipline or equivalent experience.
