Job Description:

The Revenue and Cost Accounting Manager is a key member of the accounting team. Works with the Corporate Controller in an environment of continuous improvement to ensure the accounting department produces timely and accurate accounting information in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and provides accounting support all divisions within the company.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years of increasingly-responsible professional experience in a corporate accounting function
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, and ASC 842 lease accounting standards, is a must
  • Hands on experience with an ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics SL and/or BI360
  • Some experience managing a small 2-3 person team
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Other skills that are highly desired include CPA or similar certification, construction or project accounting, exposure and/or experience in a growth mode including mergers and acquisitions, the Blackline accounting workflow tool, payroll systems, strong problem-solving and process improvement, forecasting, and advanced presentation skills.
