Core to JAGGAERs Autonomous Commerce vision, the JAGGAER Data & Analytics team is responsible for delivering Analytics capabilities that empower procurement professionals to turn data effectively and quickly into insights, driving business decisions and strategy across the depth and breadth of the JAGGAER ONE source-to-pay product portfolio. -As a Product Manager, you will be focused on customer success and be great at discovering customer business problems, collaborating, and communicating with UX, Engineering, and peer product managers to deliver Data and Analytics capabilities that delight end users and reduce their time to insight and facilitate their decision-making processes.You will have a passion for Data and Analytics.You will manage multiple stages of the product lifecycle for JAGGAERs Analytics solution. This includes the development of the product roadmap, requirement analysis, functional design, release planning, on-going development support and core go-to-market activities.Principal Responsibilities

  • Build compelling roadmaps which address current and emerging market requirements to maximize JAGGAERs value proposition.
  • Host regular SME (Subject Matter Expert) and customer working groups to further analyze functional requirements and common customer use cases.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure alignment with overall product strategy.
  • Be an end-user and process expert in Analytics - understanding user pain points.
  • Collect and translate market trends into product requirements in the form of problems, user personas, and scenarios.
  • Identify what is important and what is not, prioritizing development requirements effectively in line with the overall business plan and market problems that need to be addressed.
  • Define and articulate the distinctive competence and differentiators for the products.
  • Drive the development and successful go-to-market of JAGGAER products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales calls, prospect, and customer meetings.Position RequirementsWhat you will bring:
    • A strong mix of business, technical and industry know-how as well as a strong drive to understand the challenges of the target markets to deliver innovative and profitable solutions.
    • Experience in a Product Management, Product Owner, or related role within a technology business.
    • Experience is using, advocating, and delivering Analytics solutions.
    • An understanding of spend analysis, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, purchasing, and invoicing business processes.
    • Knowledge of Product Management and software development lifecycle best practices, a Pragmatic Product Management certification or SVPG equivalent is a plus.
    • Attention and appreciation for detail.
    • A pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.
    • Strong planning, written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills, including demonstrated prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Strong customer orientation and comfortable in sales situations, proven through former experience. -What does success look like in this Position?

      • You can thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-level priorities.
      • You are accustomed to working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones
      • You know your market, customers, and competition better than anyone, and you are strong at integrating this information into your product strategy
      • You will successfully:
        • Write and prioritize product requirements and use cases.
        • Work closely with product development scrum teams to ensure product is built to specifications.
        • Work with key customers, analysts, and members of the field organization to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases.
        • Maintain the product roadmap and represent it for the product internally and externally.
        • Define buyer and user personas for individual products.
