Job Title: Pricebook ManagerWork Schedule: Full Time, exempt,

roleThe Pricebook Manager is responsible for maintaining the
accuracy of the retail price book, ensuring all pricing and item
data is current and accurate to maximize profitability and sales,
assisting with store questions and ensures the stores are responded
to in a timely and professional manner, and managing data exchange
and reporting with vendors and other industry partners.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the flow of item level retail and cost
information of the corporate pricebook by working with Marketing
team and vendors
- Ensures data integrity of information entered into the
pricebook to be accurate, complete, and properly formatted
- Responsible for maintaining all items, standard retails, costs,
promotional retails, mix and match promotions within the
back-office system (PDI)
- Recommends enhancements to pricebook and identifies potential
improvements or changes
- Works closely with Accounting and IT to ensure data
integrity
- Partners with the Marketing Team and Vendors to ensure vendor
information is received in a timely basis and in standard
format
- Communicates data requirements to vendors
- Processes vendor invoice and pricebook imports via EDI and
manually, resolving any issues
- Oversee naming conventions, POS attributes, EBT eligibility,
etc.
- Supports a Marketing Rebate program in PDI Enterprise by
maintaining accurate manufacturers, brands, and VIN cost attributes
on items
- Furnish reports as needed and requested by Corporate Operations
Director
- Provides support to the stores for issues such as non-scanning
items, incorrect retails, or promotional issues, and makes
necessary corrections, or passes along the information to the
appropriate department, ensuring the issues are resolved quickly
and communicated to the stores
- Maintains guidelines by writing and updating standard operating
policies and procedures
- Other special projects as assigned by Corporate Operations
Director Requirements
- Judgment, initiative, and the ability to deal with complex
relationships and ideas, and the confidence to make timely and
informed decisions
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Attention to details, a strong sense of urgency, ability to
refine the pricebook procedures
- Have general understanding of accounting processes and
procedures
- Creative problem-solving abilities in leadership roles
- Interpersonal skills which relate well to a diverse
workforce
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and transportation required Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities For this position, previous convenience store
industry experience in pricebook, merchandising, operations or
related field is required. Specific experience with PDI Enterprise
and PDI Focal Point is desired.Salary range: $45,000-$55,000
