the task of delivering the service portfolio to ABB customers
within the Local Service, Front end ELEM (Electrification
E-mobility), helping to drive sales volumes and margins across the
Service product portfolio and regularly updating the database with
changes made on site.You will be responsible to develop, implement
and manage the account(s) service strategy focused on service level
agreement satisfaction. This individual will coordinate the service
activities and manage resolution of specific customer problem and
ensure ABB's adherence to established KPI's (Key Performance
Indicators) for contract success. Beyond that, this position must
be in relentless pursuit of determining where our customers
perceive value and help us align our customer experience as well as
our value proposition/offering with the Customers buying criteria.
This position reports toProject ManagerYour responsibilitiesAccount
Management: Directly responsible for all customer feedback being
collected and actioned. Point of contact for escalations and acts
as the customer advocate within the organization.
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly report outs to customer and internal
stakeholders Account Strategies: Participates in development of
service and sales strategies for accounts by providing the
customers current business and long term plans. Ability to relate
business and customer future roadmaps, converging on best value
Performance Targets: Defines and proposes targets and growth
opportunities for the account and ensures their achievement with a
structured follow up processCustomer Relations: Establishes and
develops account relationships based on defined strategy. Acts as
focal point for problem resolution and monitors customers cases.
Plans, facilitates and conducts customer negotiationsCustomer
Knowledge: Establishes, maintains and shares detailed knowledge of
the customers business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization,
decision makers, customer business drivers, economic trends and
competitionYour backgroundBachelor's degree and minimum 8 years
experience or Associates degree and minimum 10 years experience in
a commercial or account management roleDemonstrated ability to grow
customer interest A true customer centric and agile mindsetA global
mindset, creative thinker with an openness to change, development
and adaptabilityAbility to interact with people at all levels
within the organizationA strong communicator, alert, stress
resistant and punctualFluency in English, both written and
spokenDirect industry and market knowledge of electric vehicle
charging is strongly preferredAbility to travel nationally up to
30% of the time as needed so support key development efforts, sales
and service activities, and business reviews Candidates must
