Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is offering summer internships for college students and recent graduates , with a position open in our Program Management group. MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Program Management Intern will support initiatives key to Program Management and Sales Operational planning. Key tasks will include: -

• Coordinate with Sales and Program Management to capture and document all signed and unsigned demand volume.
• Communicate changes to the forecast with the Supply Planning Team. -
• Sales forecasting for all in-scope revenue streams (Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality Control) with a 24-month forecasting horizon.
• Maintain the consensus forecast for production in relevant system (SAP S4 HANA, KeyedIn)
• Participate in Monthly S&OP meetings including Demand Review Meeting and Sales & Operations Planning Meeting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Should be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college or have graduated within the past six months (preferred degree in Life Sciences or Business)
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills and an ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
