Overview
Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is offering summer
internships for college students and recent graduates , with a
position open in our Program Management group. We offer a
supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our
Interns' skills and identify their career goals. This is a great
opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for an
industry-leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing
organization.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Program Management Intern
will support initiatives key to Program Management and Sales
Operational planning. Key tasks will include: -
- Coordinate with Sales and Program Management to capture and
document all signed and unsigned demand volume.
- Communicate changes to the forecast with the Supply Planning
Team. -
- Sales forecasting for all in-scope revenue streams (Process
Development, Manufacturing, Quality Control) with a 24-month
forecasting horizon.
- Maintain the consensus forecast for production in relevant
system (SAP S4 HANA, KeyedIn)
- Participate in Monthly S&OP meetings including Demand
Review Meeting and Sales & Operations Planning Meeting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- Should be currently enrolled in an accredited university or
college or have graduated within the past six months (preferred
degree in Life Sciences or Business)
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management
skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills and an
ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organization and data management skills
- Flexibility and a solution-based mindset
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and capable of working with a high degree of
independence
- Capable of absorbing and utilize new knowledge quickly
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials
that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position
will require access to technical data, technology and source code
that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations,
including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms
Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 - 130 and Export Administration
Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 - 774, as may be amended. To
