You will lead the Order Management operations team for the ERP Team. This will include complete coordination and communication of operations and daily support of the SAP ECC application primarily focused on the Order to Cash process also ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with ABB Information Systems Enterprise Architecture and the ABB Information Systems Guidelines and Directive. The location will be Cary, NC.This position reports toGlobal IS Department ManagerYour responsibilities

• The OM (Order Management) Operations Lead is responsible for Global SAP ERP IT (Information Technology) Operation Excellence, providing 24x7 business operations support (L2/3/4), Compliance, Service Now, SLA (Service Level Agreement), QMI, Change Management across all the regions
• Acting as single point of contact for operations during US (United States) business hours
• Troubleshooting & assisting in resolving major incidents and critical situations, providing input and expertise to solutions when there is a major impact on Information Systems solutions/services
• Overseeing the Order Management RTS team workload, active incidents, SLA, high risk changes, root cause and problem remediation status and any other aspects of day to operations for SAP ERP
• Assist with audit requests & testing of general IT controls related to SAP ERP. Ensure compliance to meet all security policies and standards to meet ITGC (IT General Controls) control levels
• Driving customer service to ensure satisfaction with Information Systems services, closing any gaps and influencing stakeholder perceptions of Information Systems services
• Communication to stakeholders on regular major incident progress updates and publishing of information on status, updates on resolution plan and actions taken for resolving the incident via established communication channels for SAP ERP
• Strong leadership/management skills including risk management, resource management, skill development, task prioritization, performance management, mentoring/coaching, system support & maintenance and quality managementYour background
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science and minimum 7 years of experience as an Operations Leader and 15 years IT experience with SAP
  • Sound knowledge of SAP ECC while driving Operational Excellence activities including application Outages, Shift Details, Incidents, IT General Controls, Change Management and Service Now Management in the Electrical market
  • Completed at least 5 end to end implementations with increasing responsibility
  • Excellent proven track record of SDM with emphasis in SAP SD and its integration with other modules of SAP
  • Hands on experience in ABAP debugging and RCA (Root cause analysis) identification
  • The ability to lead a cross functional virtual and international teams to manage multiple demands
  • A collaborative, solutions and customer service focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
