We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and manage the roofing installation process. Our office is located in Raleigh, NC. The Installation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation teams, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of installation processes.Responsibilities:Recruit, hire, manage, and supervise roofing installation teamsCoordinate with clients to schedule installations, ensure timely completion of projects, and collection of paymentsConduct site visits to assess installation requirements and quality checksCollaborate with sales to ensure seamless coordination between departmentsMonitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on trackEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during the installation processMaintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of materials used, labor hours, and any additional expensesProvide training and development opportunities for installers to enhance their skills and knowledgeRequirements:Proven experience as an Installation Manager in the roofing industryStrong knowledge of installation processes and techniquesExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsProficient in using computer software for project management purposesWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
