professional to be a part of our talented, inclusive, and
supportive Employee Communications team. The Strategic
Communications Manage r position is a hybrid role, with minimal
day-to-day supervision positioned to drive consistent messaging
internally across the organization. While our ideal candidate will
have experience with engineering and construction communications,
what's most important is your ability to develop clear and concise
communications, to work with high-level stakeholders, and to
collaborate across a diverse team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops
proactive communications strategy and channel delivery with
business leadership including strategy, finance, and
operationsCollaborates with segment marketing managers to align
internal communications with external marketing campaigns to drive
consistency of messagePrepares content including presentations,
videos, and other communications-related materials in support of
leadership and alignment with business strategy. Partners with all
members of the Employee Communications team to proactively
identify, create, and publish content.Management
ResponsibilitiesActs in capacity of a lead person. Does not have
management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work
direction.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field
preferred, or equivalent experience6+ years progressive experience,
including 2+ years supervisoryAll applicants must be able to
complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which
may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background
check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance
with any applicable laws and regulations.Preferred
QualificationsBachelor's degree in communications, public relations
or marketing. Experience in the E&C industry or B2B
space.Proficient with the Adobe Creative SuiteStrong written and
verbal communications skills including strong editorial
skillsStrong knowledge of communications concepts and
strategyProven ability to develop consistent messaging aligned to
business strategyRequires advanced knowledge of company services,
communication strategies and business linesWork
