Job Description:We are seeking a Product Leader to lead a group of agile squads in defining and delivering the analytics and measurement product ecosystem for Fidelity's Retail organization. These analytic products include mission-critical enablers such as metadata management, marketing, business insights, experience & product performance, voice of the customer, and journey analytics.As the Vice President of Analytic Products, you will leverage your product and technology expertise to drive impactful results, scale operations, and enhance efficiency. In our agile environment, you will collaborate with visionary leaders to craft strategic roadmaps, set inspiring missions, and unify squads to achieve remarkable outcomes. You will ensure our products are available, stable, and high-performing, while managing costs and maintenance. Join us to foster innovation and excellence.Key Responsibilities:

• Own and align the product backlog with business and domain strategies and outcomes.
• Partner with technology and functional leaders to define goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate squads delivering initiatives across the Analytic Products portfolio, managing full lifecycle and dependencies.
• Establish clear accountability at the product level through organized scrum teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of initiatives and understand the underlying delivery ecosystem.
• Lead Squad Leaders to deliver capabilities, communicate team missions, prioritize needs, measure performance, and make informed decisions.
• Define product strategy aligned with business goals, leverage technical expertise, engage stakeholders, and incorporate industry trends and innovations.
• Implement consistent delivery routines based on the product lifecycle, including quarterly reviews and planning.The Expertise We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred, with 10+ years of experience in platform and product development and management, along with strong analytical and mentoring skills.
• Preferred experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), including relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making to understand client needs and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Collaborative approach motivated by teamwork to achieve business outcomes and leverage colleagues' expertise.
• Proven leadership and influence skills to build high-performing teams without formal authority.
• Outstanding program management and interpersonal skills to lead projects with precision and ensure clear communication.
