Job Description:

• Work across all customer facing functions to improve resource efficiencies and effectiveness improving our customer's experience
• Lead sales organization planning and execution including quota setting, compensation planning, forecasting, performance analytics, meeting planning and more as directed; evaluates impact of plans and make improvement recommendations; Establish market potential metrics and consistently evaluates sales force deployment.
• Identify and reduce non-selling related field responsibilities through process improvements and reassignment of duties. Identify and implement automation whenever possible including CRM.
• Oversee distributor pipeline and onboarding process for new distributors. Establish best practices and consistent distributor management principles that can be measured.
• Lead corporate communication efforts for this channel, ensuring material is relevant, drives appropriate behavior and maximizes relationship. Improve contracting process, including commission points, quota setting, structure and language to maximize revenue and profit generation
• Work with other functions such as Finance, Operations and Human Resources to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of commercial team engagement.
• Coaches, develops and ensures subordinate team focus and alignment with functional and company goals.-- Performs talent management and assessment requirements for team.

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, sales operations or related field.-- MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years' sales or sales support experience with robust experience in sales operations and sales enablement. Preferred experience in Medical Device or Life Sciences.
  • Experience with customer service and inventory management a plus.
  • Must have 5 years'--strategic--experience managing people and/or project teams.
  • MUST--have experience in direct--surgical products--and distributorship management
