Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Paulding Hospital. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide individualized patient care.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
• Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
• Practice using current clinical practice standards and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and required mandatory education.
• Participate in the development of protocols and procedures to achieve best practice outcomes.Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor certification.
  • Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.Preferred Qualifications
