Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Winston Salem, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,858 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – North Carolina Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 36 or 48 hours per week; every other weekend required Highlights: Specialized 41-bed inpatient telemetry unit focused on renal and limb preservation care Patient ratio of 1:5-6 with daily interdisciplinary team collaboration Work with a diverse patient population including ESRD, ARF, vascular procedures, CHF, and diabetic care Epic charting system with comprehensive orientation including 24 hours with preceptor 13-week contract with self-scheduling based on unit needs Float opportunities within the hospital system based on skills and census Requirements: Minimum 2 years of RN experience North Carolina or Compact RN license required at time of start BLS certification required; ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale preferred Telemetry experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Epic charting experience preferred Must be comfortable with floating to other units based on skillset and patient census First-time travelers accepted Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team that includes hospitalists, RN navigators, physical therapy, pharmacy, and dietary services, all working together to provide exceptional patient care.
