Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Winston Salem, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,930 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required. Traveler experience accepted, including first-time travelers. License: Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of employment. Certifications: BCLS required. ACLS preferred. NIHSS preferred. Must-Have: Telemetry skills. Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias. Description: Registered Nurse needed for a 41-bed inpatient unit focused on renal and limb preservation patients. This unit supports patients with conditions such as end-stage renal disease, acute renal failure, and congestive heart failure. Patients will receive treatments including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The interdisciplinary team includes hospitalists, nursing staff, navigators, and therapists. Team meetings are held daily to ensure optimal patient care. Staffing ratios are 1:5-6. Flexibility to float to other units as necessary is required. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Self-scheduling is available based on unit needs. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in telemetry and management of renal patients. Overall patient care encompasses a range of skills related to chronic illness management and acute care. Completion of any required testing must occur prior to starting in the position.
