RN – Cardiac Tele (Night Shift, 3×12 Hours) Location: Greensboro, NC Shift: 7p–7a (19:00–07:00) Schedule: 3×12s, Nights Weekends: Every other weekend Holidays: As needed Floating: Required as needed Position Overview Seeking an experienced Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to work night shift on a high-acuity telemetry unit. This role involves caring for complex cardiac and respiratory patients while delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years experience required. First-time travelers welcome.
