Medicine/Internal Medicine Hospitalist! We are seeking a dedicated
and board-certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Hospitalist
for locum tenens coverage near Franklinton, NC. Join a dynamic team
in a well-established healthcare setting, providing essential care
to patients in an inpatient environment. Coverage Schedule: Day
Shifts (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.): August 15, 16, 18, 20, 21 September 30
October 1, 2, 24 December 5, 19, 22, 23, 25 Night Shifts (7 p.m. -
7 a.m.): August 14, 15 November 28, 29, 30 December 1-18, 26 Key
Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care and manage patients in the
ICU/Critical Care unit. Participate in traditional and
interdisciplinary rounding, consults, and admissions. Collaborate
with specialists in cardiology, orthopedics, nephrology, and more.
Utilize EPIC for electronic health records. Perform procedures as
needed; however, they are optional. Highlights: Work within a
supportive team consisting of 11 physicians. Average of 15 patients
per day and 2-3 admissions per day. Night shifts average 4-6
admissions. Engage with Tele Neurology and Tele ICU services for
comprehensive patient care. ACLS certification (American Heart
