Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: High Point, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,096 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hospital OR experience License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience with adult patient populations, circulation skills Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The facility has 351 licensed beds and performs over 700 surgeries each month. The department has 11 operating rooms including 9 main ORs and 2 specialty rooms. The case load includes orthopedic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, general surgeries, and thoracic cases, with limited CVOR cases. Experience with robotic surgery (DaVinci XI) is a plus. Nursing staff will rotate weekends every other week. Call is required for CVOR only, with a response time of 30 minutes or less. The unit culture is open, friendly, and inclusive. Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays. Scheduling changes occur every 8 weeks, and shifts can vary in length. Floating may be required if needed.
