Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,042 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 2/24/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Cardiac Telemetry experience required Management and interpretation of dysrhythmias Peripheral line care/management, PICC line management Ability to titrate drips Experience with PCU ratios - 1:5 Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care. This position requires working 3 twelve-hour night shifts each week. Weekend and holiday rotation is necessary. Nurses may be required to float between various hospitals if needed. Candidates must possess a strong background in cardiac telemetry. The role entails managing and interpreting dysrhythmias effectively. Nurses must be able to care for peripheral lines and manage PICC lines. Titration of drips is a required skill for this position. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 1:5. All RNs must pass a mandatory EKG exam during compliance.
