What We Offer: Surgical Services Float Pool- Enterprise Pre-op & PACU Schedule : Day Shift, PRN. Department requires candidate to be available for 1 shift per week as the minimum requirements. Shifts are 8 hours, within a window of 5:30A-5:30P, M-F. Schedules done on a 6 week time tract. Department : Pre-Op/PACU Location: Candidate will float to both Charlotte and Winston Salem within both inpatient facilities and ambulatory surgery centers, 23 facilities total. This position does not have a set location. Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of two years of preop/PACU experience, candidates must be familiar with both inpatient & ASC settings. These RN's possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in all facilities within a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM) AND Greater Winston Salem (GWSM).This group shall be known as the Super Pool. These RNs are a part of Surgical Services. What We're Looking For: Current RN license in NC (or compact state) BLS required; ACLS Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of Pre-OP and PACU experience Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills What You'll Do: It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
