Job Description:

healthcare to correctional facilities, is seeking a dedicated
Nursing Team Manager to lead our skilled nursing staff in
delivering high-quality medical care with compassion and
professionalism. As a Nursing Team Manager, you will be
instrumental in driving our mission of merging cost-effective
healthcare practices with innovative service delivery. This
leadership position involves overseeing nursing operations,
ensuring adherence to health standards, and mentoring nursing staff
to achieve excellence in patient care within the dynamic setting of
correctional healthcare. Manage the daily operations of the nursing
staff and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility
regulations. Develop and implement nursing care plans while
coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Monitor and
evaluate healthcare outcomes, adjusting protocols and strategies as
needed. Provide hands-on coaching and professional development for
nursing staff. Ensure the ethical administration of all treatments
and medical procedures. Manage patient records and maintain high
confidentiality and accuracy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to streamline patient care. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in clinical skills with an ability to handle
medical emergencies Good decision-making and problem-solving
abilities Experience with healthcare management software Valid and
active Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
