The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic methodologies. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor treatment plans and participate in multidisciplinary teams. Monitor client progress through regular sessions and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Engage in continuous education to remain current on best practices and new therapy techniques. Document all client interactions, treatments prescribed, and progress notes thoroughly. Expertise in various psychological theories and models. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in psychological testing and assessment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Active state licensure as a Psychologist. Board Certified in Clinical Psychology preferred.
