OB/GYN Physician (Locum Tenens) | Dillon, South Carolina 24-Hour Call Coverage | March 2–9, 2026 | EPIC EMR | Inpatient Deliveries Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Board Certified OB/GYN Physician for an upcoming 24-hour call coverage locum assignment in Dillon, South Carolina . This is a high-impact opportunity to provide comprehensive inpatient and delivery care in a trusted community hospital setting. Physicians must be comfortable managing both vaginal and cesarean deliveries, rounding independently, and providing consult coverage for OB/GYN patients in the ED. Assignment Details Location: Dillon, South Carolina Start Date: March 2–9, 2026 Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM) Contract Type: Locum Tenens | Short-Term Coverage with Extension Potential Setting: Hospital-based, inpatient and ED consults EMR: EPIC Scope of Practice Manage all aspects of labor and delivery , including vaginal and cesarean sections Perform daily inpatient rounding (average 1–3 patients ) Conduct 2–4 NSTs/observations daily Provide OB/GYN consults to the emergency department as needed No circumcisions required (handled by Pediatrics) Work autonomously with full hospital support staff Occasional clinic assistance may be requested Candidate Requirements Board Certification: Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG or AOBGYN) – required Licensure: Active South Carolina medical license , DEA , and SC Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) – required Experience: Proficiency in full-scope OB and GYN inpatient care Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Availability: Must be available for full coverage dates (March 2–9, 2026) EMR Experience: Prior EPIC experience strongly preferred Why This Opportunity 24-hour call-only schedule with manageable volume Deliveries and procedures in a collaborative environment Well-supported community hospital with strong nursing team All travel and lodging arrangements provided Malpractice coverage with tail included Rapid onboarding with Rhino Medical’s white-glove credentialing support Assignment Snapshot Average Inpatient Census: 1–3 per day Average Deliveries: 1 per day NST/Observations: 2–4 per day Age Range: 15–70 years old Midlevel Support: None (independent practice) Join Rhino Medical’s OB/GYN Network Step into a respected South Carolina hospital and provide vital women’s health coverage while maintaining balance and flexibility.
