Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Patient documentation and progress note experience required. Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Prior experience with geriatric or post-acute populations preferred.
