Job Description:
Temp To Full-Time Essential Duties and Responsibilities . Other
duties may be assigned. Assist the consumer to learn new skills
and/or support the person in activities that are individualized and
aligned with the person’s preferences. Staff will support the
consumer to learn new skills, practice and/or improve existing
skills Support the consumer with improving and strengthening areas
of skill acquisition which include: interpersonal, independent
living, community living, self-care, and self-determination. Staff
will provide supervision and assistance for the person to complete
an activity to his/her level of independence. Staff will provide
assistance in areas including, assistance in monitoring a health
condition, nutrition or physical condition, incidental supervision,
daily living skills, community participation, and interpersonal
skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and
pulling High School Diploma or GED Required! Pay Rate $15hr Shift
Availability: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM –
12:00 AM 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM 15.00
