Experience with EPIC charting system required - Experience in a
high-volume mammography department Description: The Mammography
Technologist will perform screening and diagnostic mammograms. The
role includes conducting wire and seed localization procedures,
stereotactic biopsies, and DEXA scans. The technologist will
primarily focus on screening and diagnostic mammography. Candidates
should have a minimum of 40 hours of training and have performed at
least 25 supervised mammograms. Additional requirements include 8
CEUs of initial training in 2D and 3D mammography. Candidates
should also have documentation of 200 mammograms performed in the
last 12 months. Flu vaccines are required. No exemptions or
declinations will be accepted. This position may involve weekend
work on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 2 PM. Compliance with all
specified requirements is essential for successful placement.
