Oversee kitchen personnel training and coordinate culinary activities
Estimate food consumption and manage food requisitions/purchases
Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality
Set presentation standards and menu pricing, emphasizing quality and innovation
Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper operation and sanitation
Supervise special catering events and provide culinary instruction or demonstrations as neededQualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience
2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent
Culinary degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices
Experience in personnel and problem management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenCandidate Must Have:
2-3 years of experience in a pastry chef role
Catering experience is essential
High-volume experience is requiredAdditional Information:
