Do you want to be a critical point of contact to all the parties involved in the recruitment process?

As a key member of the onboarding team, you will provide vital business support to the recruiters and hiring managers delivering a broad range of administration, organizational and logistical services.

You will report into the Onboarding Team Lead based in Raleigh.

You will be further supported by centralized global services providing administrative and interview scheduling assistance enabling you to focus on delivering a consultative service to your client group and developing deep subject matter knowledge.

You Will Be Responsible For
Coordinating the onboarding of new joiners - either internal transfers, international transfers, temp to perm conversions, and external hires
Organizing and running Welcome Day on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, which includes interaction and coordination with key leaders across the business
Organizing and running Induction Days on a weekly basis to collect new hire paperwork, introduce various benefits, and coordinate IT/facilities presentations
Completing Right to Work (ie US Form I-9) checks for external hires, temp to perm conversations and internal transfers and conducting VISA status reverifications as needed
Monitoring the completion or and ensuring proper handling of new hire documentation as well as accuracy in completing necessary paperwork
Tracking the satisfactory completion by all new joiners of onboarding tasks prior to start data and on Day 1, including background screening clearance, drug screening, fingerprinting and Welcome Day attendance
Ensuring data quality in the applicant tracking systems and other systems as required
Supporting Recruiters and the ECR management team with onboarding related tasks
Completing regular reports as required
Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all involved parties - ensuring regular communication and updates are provided
Effective and efficient management of day to day queries and raising of issues

You Will Have
Relevant experience within a coordinating or onboarding function or recruitment environment
Solid MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with different levels of seniority
The desire and ability to speak in front of groups in a classroom setting with ease
Strong team spirit, service-oriented, organizational skills and an eye for detail
Positive process-driven and enthusiastic approach with interest in process excellence
Experience of handling multiple conflicting priorities with ability to maintain positive relationships
Fluency in English
