As a Global Human Resources Operations Coordinator, you will assist Human Resource professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.

Summarized Purpose:

Assists Human Resource professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. May provide support in the following areas: benefit administration, leave administration, record-keeping and reporting, and special projects as assigned.

Essential Functions:

* Processes employee requests for benefit administration, leave administration and activities relating the employee life cycle.

* Maintains personnel files for assigned location(s), ensuring timely and accurate processing and filing of forms.

* Gathers, compiles and maintains HR-related information and prepares various reports and documents.

* Supports the HR Operations team with audits, invoicing and quarterly processes.


Education and Experience:

High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. HR Certifications (aPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

* Good organizational and time management skills

* Ability to handle sensitive information and data effectively and accurately

* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results

* Good written and oral communications skills

* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors

* Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices and regulations/legal requirements
