Position -Purpose/Summary:
This position would schedule and recruit top talent and assists with the training and development of new team members across all nine of CCM facilities. They will serve as a representative for the facilities and will be the liaison between human resource specialists, department managers, executive directors, and managers. -
This person will recruit, -coordinate -interviews -with -managers, -confirm -hiring -of -new -team -members, and ensure new team members are entered into systems to access payroll, scheduling, and continuing education requirements including initial CCM-wide orientation.

Essential -Functions:
- - - -Provide recruiting support for a wide range of roles. Source and vet recruiting leads. This includes communication by phone, email, texting, and use of recruiting programs.
- - -Track -and -support -candidates -from -initial -contact -through -offer -and -onboarding -processes.
- - -Regularly -manage -recruiting -pipeline -activity, -document -statistical -data, -and -report -when -requested.
- - -Assist -with -team -communication, -follow -up -on -requested -items, -activities, -recruiting -results.
- - -Assist -with -entering -new -hires -into -CCM -systems, -such -as -Timeclock Plus, -Relias, -and -OnShift.
- - -Establish -and -maintain -meaningful -relationships -across -CCM communities, -departments and management teams.
- - -Calendar -coordination -and -management -through -Microsoft -Outlook; -to -include -Teams Meetings, -Zoom, -Outlook -Email, -Calendar, -Word, Excel, -and -Power -Point -as -needed.
- - -Collaborate -with -others -on -the -CCM -Administrative -team -initiatives.
- - -Take -and -report -meeting -minutes -when -scheduled -or -requested.
- - -Reflects -CCM's -mission, -vision, -values, -and -customer -service -standards -in -daily -interactions.
- - -Completes -other -duties -as -may be -necessary.

Education: -High School Diploma, and/or Associates Degree in Human Resources, Office Administration, or related educational certifications/degrees.
Experience: -Minimum two years' experience in management or support position. Experience in scheduling, hiring processes, and/or other long term health care related organizational duties preferred.

Combination of education and experience in a long-term health care setting that encompasses the vision and duties of job position, skills, and requirements.
