This will be the largest end-to-end cell culture CDMO provider in North America. The new site will offer end-to-end solutions to our customers looking to manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug substance manufacture, it will also provide automated fill-finish and assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new state-of-the-art facility is located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States.We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as a key part of our People and Culture team. As a part of this group, you will schedule candidate interviews, assist with onboarding, and help drive HR programs that focus on our most important asset - our people. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing, robust, and agile team responsible for supporting our newest site in Holly Springs. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who values innovation, change-management, and collaboration. External US Job Responsibilities

  • Managing candidate interviews, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Comfortably communicating with candidates, employees, vendors, and management on a variety of issues.
  • Working closely in a team environment with the ability to partner with diverse teams and across multiple FDB locations.
  • Liaising with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintains budgets and reconciles expenses for selected team members.
  • Embracing a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Coordinating complex domestic & international travel arrangements
  • Ensuring the candidate experience represents our "People First" motto.
  • Managing a variety of additional tasks, which may include: background investigations, reporting, and other HR projects as needed.
  • Such other projects and duties as the company may assign.Basic Requirements
    • 4-year degree in Human Resources, Communications, or other related area.
    • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
    • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them.
    • Demonstrable track record of driving process improvements and an insatiable desire to provide outstanding customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal customers.
    • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and engender trust.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and consistent delivery of high quality of work.
