\n \n The HR Analytics team is seeking a summer intern to help
support a portfolio of complex, high-priority HR initiatives. In
this role you will help us transform the way data is used to make
decisions and optimize our HR talent strategies. \n \n What You'll
Do \n \n * Meet with key stakeholder to understand business needs
to assist in identifying solutions. \n * Become familiar with data
architecture and identify data needs \n * Develop and apply
analytical and programming and excel skills to develop solutions \n
* Develop and update excel workbooks, dashboards, and reports that
improve HR and business decisions to drive operational efficiency
\n * Prepare polished, "executive ready" PowerPoint presentations
\n * Draft internal procedure and training documentation to aid in
developing data literacy skills throughout the HR function \n \n
Your Skills & Expertise \n \n * Current pursuit of a bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Math,
Business or related discipline preferred \n * Previous internship
experience or project work in HR or business reporting and
analytics preferred \n * HR systems and SharePoint experience
preferred \n * Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to
detail required \n * Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
\n * Ability to learn quickly and strong problem-solving skills \n
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
required \n * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
(vlookup, pivot tables, slicers, charts, etc.) \n * Knowledge of
the pharmaceutical or CRO industry is a plus \n \n Get to know
