Job Summary and Scope:Primary responsibility in this multi-component role will be providing day-to-day operational support within Human Resources and administratively for the offices overall.? ?Core Responsibilities:Human Resources????????? Provide front-line response to inquiries from employees, contractors and candidates for HR and HR-related issues????????? Maintain and process a variety of HR and Finance related documentation including data-entry to Kronos HRIS????????? Process background checks and other pre-employment activities including preparation of contracts and employment offers????????? Coordinate and conduct on-boarding processes for new team members????????? Assist with team member data entry and tracking within client Fieldglass systems????????? Maintain team records within HRIS and e-files on company servers ????????? Assist in projects as needed ? example: HR events, benefits open enrolment, employee communication and company-wide meetings?General????????? Provide front-line response to incoming calls and visitors????????? General office and operational support activities as needed including interaction with vendors, clients, and a range of internal team members at all levels????????? Provide general EA assistance to President and other Sr. Management within the Cary, NC office????????? Assist with coordination of office facilities maintenance, safety and security systems, miscellaneous vendor activities ????????? Coordinate logistics of team and functional events ? example: team and company-wide meetings, teambuilding events, corporate/board visits????????? Assist Sales and other functional staff with processing and maintenance of HR related documentation and systems data processing as necessary.?? ?Knowledge, Skills and Experience: FactorEssential?Qualifications and Training??? High School diploma or GED?Knowledge and Skills????? Good communication skills (oral and written) demonstrable ability to interact well with individuals in a variety of situations??? Solid proficiency in Microsoft application suite ??? Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines??? Ability to assimilate directions and information to complete tasks accurately with limited supervision??? Ability to identify and raise issues including potential solutions?Experience??? 1-3 years HR administrative or generalist experience??? 1-3 years general administrative experience ?Behavioural Attributes????? Commitment to confidentiality with a high degree of professionalism and integrity??? Team-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility??? Proactive, inquisitive and willing to learn??? Flexible, able to adapt to changing demands and situations??? Solid work ethic?
