JOB SUMMARY:

* Leads requirement analysis, detailed design, and verification activities for a product or solution.
* Provide leadership to V&V team members and manage V&V efforts on individual R&D projects.
* Primary accountability for major element of a project, determines all tasks that are required, and is responsible for project outcome.
* Proactively determines measures of success for project, product, and process quality within project teams.
* Conducts test planning, development of test tools, and oversees execution of test processes
* Designs, develops and/or directs research and tests to validate effect and consequences of designs, process or product enhancements across projects and/or products.
* Conducts System and Integration Testing
* Work closely with development teams to review design inputs for accuracy, clarity, and testability
* Develop and maintain DHF documentation relating to test records, results, and issue observations.
* Identifies technical problems, provides innovative, creative solutions; shares technical knowledge with team.
* Generates alternatives and takes reasonable risks while solving technical problems.
* Other duties may be assigned.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or local equivalent of same
* 5 - 7 years of related technical experience (minimum 3)
* 3+ years working in cross functional teams consisting of discipline specific engineers, or comparable experience
* 1+ years of experience working in an Agile team
* Strong organizational and planning skills a must
* Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change
* Demonstrated ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
* Strong experience with test case design of various test types and execution required
* Experience in Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution Analysis & Reporting
* Experience working within an Agile environment is essential
* Familiarity with medical devices or healthcare applications is a plus
* Experience working in a regulated environment is desired
* Excellent troubleshooting capabilities are a must
* Expertise in one or more of the following technical areas desired:
* Performance and stress testing
* Test automation (with a focus on Mobile automation)
* Testing systems in a Linux hosted environment
* Working with web services and APIs
* Experience with Kubernetes
* Testing cloud applications
* Coding unit/integration tests
* Programming experience (our test framework is in C#)
