What You'll Do: At Lenovo, Go-To-Market (GTM) Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading our outbound marketing activities. You'll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. For this role, you will be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most clear and effective messages to position and promote our products. In this role, the GTM Product Marketing Manager will be focused on defining the market opportunity and sales revenue opportunity for the offers on the roadmap, providing input to the offer construct as the roadmap develops and ensuring the execution tracks for delivering are well defined with leaders accountable and responsible for each one. You will contribute to the design of GTM blueprints which will be in place for the different hyper-converged offerings and solutions. Responsibilities: * Translate technical details into benefits for the user * Follow and analyze market trends to position products * Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching) * Ensure that the build of the product functionally works and is accessible to all customers * Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) * Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies * Evaluate marketing product features and releases * Evaluate offerings based on relevant feedback from existing and prospective customers * Working as an extended member the product management team, providing input to the offering team, ensuring key differentiation and GTM priorities are addressed * Work cross functionally, understanding and highlighting the interdependence of GTM success and provide feedback loop between BU's, customers, and sales * Develop readiness plans and drive execution by relentlessly focusing on the Customer and the Partner experiences and helping our product development teams keep that focus. * Proactively identify and anticipate roadblocks of technical, business, political, or organizational nature and actively seek for resolution with leadership and peers. Facilitate the identification and the development of capabilities needed across the company to support the specific transformation effort.
