looking for an energetic and motivated Scrum Master who is

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and
mentoring Agile teams towards achieving product objectives. Your
work will make an impact on how MetLife fulfills its promises to
the customer and you will have excellent opportunities to interact
and contribute to the group's success. -Key Responsibilities: -
- Lead an agile development team of 6-14 onshore and/or offshore
team members in moderate to high complexity workstreams following
- Conduct typical agile ceremonies including iteration and sprint
planning sessions, peer reviews and demos, and daily stand-ups;
ensuring full team engagement along with the support of our
business and interfacing partners.
- Participate in the organization-level PI planning sessions
thereby representing the agile team in terms of capacity,
capability, and availability.
- Help, educate and collaborate with various product owners,
scrum masters, release train engineers to plan product releases,
escalate blockers, maintain healthy team backlog, and achieve
- Remove impediments, conflicts, and coach the agile teams to
achieve a higher level of maturity.
- Shield the teams from external interference to enable optimal
functionality and productivity.
- Track and report on agile team metrics (Burndown/up, velocity,
etc.), escalating issues as needed. Ability to report in Waterfall
- Adhere to audit/compliance requirements for execution.
-Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related
- 4+ years related experience as an Agile project team member
with strong knowledge of Agile principles, concepts, and
- Good presentation, influencing, facilitation, and relationship
- Comfortable discussing business functions, operations,
strategies, and objectives.
- Experience leading training and workshops.
- Ability to influence reporting shift from waterfall to Agile
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- One or more SAFe - Certification(s):
- Certified SAFe - Agilist (SA), Certified SAFe - Program
Consultant, Certified SAFe - Practitioner, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Certification, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) Certification,
Certified SAFe - Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe - Product
- knowledge of business functions and understanding of business
operations, strategies, and objectives. Able to assist in analyzing
