We also offer exceptional benefits/healthcare, a flexible work schedule, and a great 401K matching program.Position/Skills we are actively hiring for:Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related software experience OR a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience OR a Ph.D. with 0 years of related experience; 9 or more years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeLevel 4: Bachelor's degree with 9 years of related software experience OR a Master's degree with 7 years of related experience OR a Ph.D. with 4 years of related experience; 13 or more years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeBasic Qualifications:Active Top Secret Clearance or higher; must have the ability to obtain SCI and/or willingness to obtain a polyExperience with Agile software development using Java, Python and/or C++ software development in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux environmentKnowledge of object oriented design and software lifecyclesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with supporting operational systemsExperience with supporting distributed systemsExperience with working in Virtualized Environments (VMs, AWS Cloud Instances)Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)Experience working with AWS ServicesExperience with Dockerization and Container Management (Dockers and Kubernetes)Previous exposure to working with ground systems (scheduling, tasking, antennas, working with hardware interfaces)Active Top Secret Clearance w/SCI and polyThis position reports to Fairfax, VA, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 2 locations listed above.Salary Range: $95,100 USD - $157,000 USDSalary Range 2: $117,900 USD - $194,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
