What Makes Working Here Different ATDM isn’t a production shop, and
it isn’t a classroom—it’s something in between. The work is
hands?on, fast?paced, and always changing. You won’t be making the

with people who know their trade, take pride in what they do, and
understand the importance of showing up prepared and ready to help
the team. What makes this role different is the impact. The work
you do helps train the next generation of skilled manufacturing

manufacturing industries. If you like steady work, good equipment,
